Terms of Service

Last updated: January 2026

By installing or using All In One Capture (the "Extension") and any optional related services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't install the Extension.

1. The service

The Extension is a free, open-source browser tool. It is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Extension to:

  • Record or capture content without the consent of people on screen, where consent is legally required.
  • Distribute illegal content, harass others, or violate intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt to disrupt our signaling server, API server, or other users' calls.
  • Reverse engineer the Extension to compromise other users' security.

3. Your content

Screenshots and recordings you create stay on your device unless you explicitly share them. Messages you send in a call room are transmitted to other participants in that room and, if a chat-history server is configured, stored there. You retain all rights to content you create with the Extension.

4. Account (optional)

If you create an account on a connected API server, you are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

5. Third-party services

The Extension uses Google STUN, optional Google / Facebook OAuth, and a Cloudflare-hosted signaling relay. Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms.

6. Disclaimers

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM USE OF THE EXTENSION.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Extension shall not exceed USD 50 or the amount you paid us (if any) in the prior 12 months, whichever is greater.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
